Strong

CSV

Open Strong and go to Settings → Export Workout Data. Choose CSV format and save the file.

Open Helm and navigate to Settings → Import Data.

Select Strong as the source app and pick the CSV file you exported.

Helm maps your exercises, sets, and PRs automatically. Review the summary and tap Import.

Hevy

CSV

In Hevy, go to Settings → Account → Export Data. A CSV file will be emailed to your account address.

Download the CSV from your email and save it to your device.

In Helm, go to Settings → Import Data, select Hevy, and choose the CSV file.

Helm parses your workout history, templates, and records. Confirm and tap Import.

Fitbod

CSV

Open Fitbod and go to Settings → Export Workout History. Save the CSV file to your device.

In Helm, open Settings → Import Data and select Fitbod as the source.

Pick the exported CSV. Helm converts Fitbod exercises to matching Helm entries and imports your full history.

FitNotes

CSV

In FitNotes, tap the menu and go to Settings → Backup → Export to CSV.

Save the exported CSV file to a location you can access (Downloads, Google Drive, etc.).

In Helm, go to Settings → Import Data, select FitNotes, and pick the file.

Helm reads your exercise names, sets, reps, and weight — then imports everything. Tap Import to confirm.

Strava

CSV

Log into Strava on the web. Go to Settings → My Account → Download or Delete Your Account → Request Your Archive.

Strava emails you a ZIP file. Download it and extract the activities.csv file.

In Helm, go to Settings → Import Data, select Strava, and choose the CSV.

Helm imports your runs, rides, and activity data including distance, duration, and pace. Tap Import.

Garmin

CSV

Log into Garmin Connect on the web. Go to the Activities page and use the Export CSV option to download your activity list.

Save the CSV file to your device.

In Helm, open Settings → Import Data, select Garmin, and pick the CSV.

Helm imports your activity history including heart rate zones, distance, and pace data. Tap Import to finish.

MyFitnessPal

CSV

Log into MyFitnessPal on the web. Go to Settings → Download Your Data and request a food diary export.

Download the CSV file when MyFitnessPal emails you the export link.

In Helm, go to Settings → Import Data, select MyFitnessPal, and pick the CSV.

Helm imports your food diary including meals, calories, and macros. Review and tap Import.

Cronometer

CSV

In Cronometer, go to Settings → Account → Export Data. Select the date range and export as CSV.

Save the CSV file to your device.

In Helm, open Settings → Import Data, select Cronometer, and choose the file.

Helm imports your full nutrition log — calories, macros, and all 21 tracked micronutrients. Tap Import.

Bring your data. Start fresh.
